Hello I Have History Of Fiberoids Which Were Removed Two

Hello I have history of fiberoids which were removed two years ago. Have not had any issues but the last few months I've had severe burning in my uterus. When I went to the general Doctor she did an exam but couldn't find anything without scans. I'll be going back but I'm wondering what could be the cause. Thank you for taking the time
