Hello, I Have Hypothyroid. I Take Medicine. T3, T4, Free

Hello,
I have hypothyroid. I take medicine. t3, t4, free t4 all under control, except tsh is 5.
My ESR rate before 2 month was 68.
Now my ESR rate is 38.
My HB is 10.
PCV 31.4 (lower than normal)
MCV 80.5 (lower than normal)
MCH 26.4 (lower than normal)
MCHC 32.8 (lower than normal)
RBC 3.9 millions/cmm (lower than normal)
Platelet was 2,90,000 before 6 month. But now it's 1,89,000 (decreasing)
WBC 5,600
Lymphocytes 43% (higher than normal 40% highest range)
C-reactive 5.17 normal
ECG, Echo-cardiograph, Kidney, Liver all tests says ok.
I have a persistent frequent cold cough sneezing, mucus is clear.
What problem I have? Why ESR is high all the time and RBC is low?
