Hello,
I have idiopathic neuropathy which affects both feet (numbness, burning, etc.). All of the typical tests for this condition, including an MRI of the back, have been normal. My symptoms first appeared in my right foot 4 years ago after my first case of sciatica. Once the neuropathy progressed to both feet, my doctors pretty much discounted the sciatica as the cause (although I've had a case of sciatica on my left side as well). Not sure of my next step although my neurologist has scheduled a spinal tap for later this month?
