Hello, I Have Just Finished My Period (heavier Than Usual)

Hello, I have just finished my period (heavier than usual) and now for the past 2 days I have been very light headed. No nausea or pain of sorts. Just light headed. Appetite is fine. Test blood pressure and its 128/82.
I am one pentasa and prozac but have been for a while so this does not seem like it would be related to medications.
Any ideas?
