Hello, I Have Just Gotten Back From A Holiday In

Hello, I have just gotten back from a holiday in Turkey. My partner caught tonsilitus while we were there, I do not have tonsils but he has passed it on to me past few days I've had stuffy nose headache body aches sore throat etc and today having taken two lots of Sudafed tablets (2 tablets both times but 5 hours apart ) I just about 15 minutes after the second lot have thrown up it was sort of pink and flemmy. I also have the shakes and my stomach hurts. Do I need to be worried?
