Hello, I Have Just Went To A Doctor After Suffering

Hello,
I have just went to a doctor after suffering a very bad cold for 7 days. During the cold I had a fever, stuffy / runny nose and body aches. On the 8th day I woke up with most of the cold symptoms gone, except congestion and my throat was a bit swollen. However I had intense pain on the upper left side of my teeth all the way to my brow bone. My upper lip was swollen and has now formed a bump at the cupid's bow. My left cheekbone is also swelling slightly. My doctor prescribed me anti biotics which I have been taking for 24 hours now. The pain in my face and body is now gone, I have no fever, but the swelling on my face / upper lip and tingling is still occurring. Should I be concerned / what should I do?
Please assist!
Many Thanks,
Monica Joy
