Hello, I Have Low Platlets Since 2 Years Now .

I have low platlets since 2 years now .
In the beginning I took for 6 months very strong steroids but it did not helped to get my counts increased. But my sex drive is very bad nearly to nothing .
Could you please give me some example how I can get my testosterone back ? And any idea how I my count will be up?
