Hello! I Have Lower Left Back Back Just Above My

Hello! I have lower left back back just above my hip bone (I have had this for 30 years as I have 6 lumbars and the 5th one is not fused to my spine) and feeling in my front lower left quandrant like there is a balloon in there. I have urges to urinate often especially if I am sitting for a prolonged period of time like working at my computer.
