Hello, I Have Many Of What I Thought Were Bug

Hello, I have many of what I thought were bug bites, but seem to be spreading. They are in the area where my large meets my hip on both sides of my body. Each bump is a red ring about 1 1/2 cm around with a white ring inside it and what looks like a pin size indentation in the center. They are not painful, but somewhat itchy. I don't seem to have any other symptoms. Thoughts?
