Hello! I Have Missed My Periods Recently As My Last

Hello! I have missed my periods recently as my last mensuration date was 2 Sep 2015 n i hv checked it at home today only and its positive.So plz suggest me hw to abort this unwanted pregnancy? Will it be safe now to abort? And is there any harm or side effect in taking these pills? I am very much worried.
