Hello. I Have Moderate To Severe Crohns Disease That Has

Hello. I have moderate to severe crohns disease that has gone untreated for most of my life. I have a stricture in my lower intestinal tract near my duodenum and illeum. It swells up everyday in the infected area. It traps food. Causes excruciating pain. And often while swollen makes me feel like I'm going to have a full blown flare up. Could it be my strictute has gotten bigger or rather made my intestinal tract smaller ? It feels like it's partially closed up.
