Hello, I Have My Regular Menstrual Cycle (the Bleeding Is

Hello, I have my regular menstrual cycle (the bleeding is exactly the same as the earlier ones, the blood is not darker and so on), but for a month I have symptoms as I was pregnant. Approximately three weeks ago I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I visited a gynecologist last week and she told me she cant even do a blood test of pregnancy before I want to get an abortion if I will have my period when the date is due. So I am extremely scared, can I be pregnant?
