Hello I Have My Right Arm And Right Leg Turn

Hello I have my right arm and right leg turn a dark purple. I was finally able to show my family doctor. He tried to find my pulse in my right arm and could not locate it. He tried a blood pressure and could not get one. About 3 months ago it was just my arm turning purple now my right leg is doing the same as my arm.
