Hello I Have Mycobacterium Tuberocosis In My L3 And L4

Hello I have mycobacterium tuberocosis in my L3 and L4 . In report it is showing only 0.05% i. e. Negative. Doctor said there is swelling and that's y the pain is occurring. I have started AKT4 since 2 months and Plz tell me when it will start showing small change or result.
