Hello, I Have Not Been To The Doctor Because My

Hello, I have not been to the Doctor because my insurance does not kick in for 3 more days. However, I had a lump about the size of a small grape on my side bottom left testicle and this morning when I sat down to use the toilet it popped on its own and some blood and this creamy white substance came out (kinda smelly). It does not really hurt anymore and the swelling has gone down and I have cleaned the area and put a sterile bandage on it.
I did not attempt to squeeze it like a pimple just bandage it and keep it clean until my coverage starts. Is the a life or death emergency because I feel fine. It really hurt and annoyed my before but now I can walk normal with no pain unlike before. What would you do in my situation?
