Hello, I Have Not Had A Period Since The End

Hello, I have not had a period since the end of February/ beginning of March. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, all of which have been negative. I have been having some dark colored discharge and cramping. Is this something I should be worried about, and go see the doctor, or just wait it out?
