Hello I have not had sex in quite a while but do masterbate often , I have peeling flaky skin on my penise much like egzema (I think I spelt that right ) and I have sorta lumps or extra skin under the skin . it doesn't hurt its almost numb and its only under the head at the top of the shaft.
