Hello, I Have Noticed A Small Hole On My Upper

Hello, I have noticed a small hole on my upper thigh next to my lady parts. It hurts really bad when I walk and I put peroxide on it, it seem to have a lot of dirt in it. I really want to know what it is so I can fix it right away so I won't be in pain and can be with my family and friends.. Thanks
