Hello I Have Noticed For The Past Few Days I

Hello I have noticed for the past few days I have had little white bumps at the top of my butt crack. At first they didn't hurt but now it's red and sometimes itchy, and when I sit down or out pressure on it, it's painful. What can I do to make this go away ? I never had this before and I just had a baby 2 weeks ago . Please help
