Hello, I Have Noticed Over The Last Couple Of Days

Hello, I have noticed over the last couple of days I have a bump on my right arm between my wrist and my elbow. I also know that when I pick up something heavy it will hurt all the way to my elbow. I also don't have a very good grip. This doesn't happen every day - can't figure out why... but the bump doesn't go away.
