Hello I Have On My Left Ankle A Mass That's

Hello I have on my left ankle a mass that's right beside or my bone on the ankle it's not that big. It's just skin and very dry do you know any treatments nor why this is accusing. I went to my doctor and he said it was a bursa yet my mom has talked to doctors as they said there is no bursa on the ankle. Help Thankyou
