Hello. I Have On My Lower Legs And Top Of

Hello. I have on my lower legs and top of feet skin sores like seboherric . I have been tested by Dermatologist and no cancer is the reason. Is there anything that would clear them up. They are dark in color like sand sores back in the day as a child. Is there a over counter medication cream that i can use. Iam using tea tree oil and it has help some but the skin cells are so thick ,its taking longer time to dry away.
