Hello, I Have One Flesh Colored Bump At The Back

Hello,

I have one flesh colored bump at the back left side of my throat, presenting with redness around the area.

I am experiencing discomfort when swallowing and my throat is sore, mostly the left side but a bit on the right.

I have had nasal congestion, a bit of blood when blowing my nose, and slight post nasal drip for about a week. Also the back of my neck has been very sore upon waking in the morning but I attributed it to needing a new pillow. I have been extremely fatigued and lethargic.

I had my tonsils removed around 8 months ago.

Any idea what might be going on? Thanks!
