Hello I Have One Question : I Am A Sikh

Hello
I have one question :
I am a sikh guy but whenever I tie my turban, my forehead gets red and start paining me after tying turban .
When I took my turban off , I can clearly see a whole red mark on my forehead which pains a lot.
This happens whenever I tie my turban.
I just apply my skin cream on that portion which is temporary relief.
Please Help
