Hello I Have Pain At The Base Of My Skull

Hello I have pain at the base of my skull and shoulders and going down my left arm to my wrist I'm concerned cause they have done CTS and MRI s and they say everything is fine but then I had one doctor that didn't tell me that I had a mild heart attack that was my first time so doctors don't tell me everything and it makes me mad. What do you think about it?
