Hello, I Have Pain In My Right Side For A

Hello,
I have pain in my right side for a year, it started after a weekend of heavy drinking. The pain is below my right rib cage and then around to my back. I pee a lot more frequently and it feels like I have a bulge on my right side. I have had several tests done, ultrasound, upper endoscopy, gynecologist ultrasound, blood tests, CT scan. The GI chocked it up to IBS but I think it's something different. My right ribs kind of push down so I'm wondering if they're pushing down on my organs. The pain comes when I have caffeine, especially if I drink and sometimes if I eat sugary or fatty foods or even eat or drink anything for that matter. I also carry a large backpack and I have back pain so I wonder if that cause any problems. But every time I eat or drink I have to pee, it seems like my bladder can't hold very much.

I would like some clarification on what it could be.
