Hello. I Have Pcod. 2 Yrs Back Hsg Was Done

Hello. I have pcod. 2 yrs back hsg was done n it showed both tubes blocked. Now 2 days back hysterolaproscopy was done n it shows tubes r patent. Future plan of action in the summary says et or iui under general anaesthetia. What does it mean? What are chances of conceiving? Which method from the above two is best
