Hello, I have plantar fasciitis so am very familiar with that sort of foot pain. The last few days, when I'm sitting down I'm sometimes getting a shooting pain in my heel that's agony but I'm not even standing up or putting any weight on my foot at that time. Could this be linked to the plantar fasciitis?
