Hello I Have Prostata Cancer Whith Metastases To Spine And

Hello I have prostata cancer whith metastases to spine and neck . The psa value Went down fom above 100 to 14,9 in about six weeks of hormone treatment. Now I have to decide if I should take chemo therapy or not.
The problem that make me hesitate is that I lost my spleen when I was 9 years. I have had no vaccinations over the years. I am 72 now. Could you please advise. I feel good quite good now. I also take 40 mg cbd oil every day.
