Hello, I Have Psoriatic Arthritis And Am Now Experiencing A

Hello,
I have psoriatic arthritis and am now experiencing a flare. The distal joint on the ring finger of my right hand is extremely swollen and painful. It is also hot and red. What can I do at home to ease the pain? I am not supposed to take ibuprofen because it interferes with bone healing ( I have a broken femur bone).
