Hello, I have put in my symptoms which are a heaviness in the center of my chest and back, nauseousness, dizziness and weakness in my legs when I try to stand Also, I feel extremely nervous and shaky. I was only able to put in the top two symptoms and then some possible conditions came up including a possible heart attach. What do you think?
