Hello-I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With CLL/SLL With The 11

Hello-I have recently been diagnosed with CLL/SLL with the 11 Q deletion. My wbc's are approximately 172,000, hemoglobin, last count was 11.3, platelets normal. Presented with large lymph nodes at the same time that my CT was done. On CT, found a mediastinal "mass "Buy a soffit guess and had endoscopy performed which resulted in TTF-1 positive dells. CD68 positive-I determine that this is part of the CLL/SLL . Should I be concerned about the TTf1 positive cells? Is this a different malignancy then the CLL/SLL?shsourlis
