Hello I have recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, I currently take venlafaxine hcl. within the last week I have been experiencing vertigo when I am standing up with mild headache I do not know what is going on with me is there something I missed also I have pain in my calf muscles when I walk along with swelling of my fingers when I go to sleep what could be the cause of all of these symptoms thanks
