Hello, I Have Recently Gone Thru Breast Cancer And I

Hello, I have recently gone thru breast cancer and I just found out that I also have rheumatoid arthritis. I was told to go on a drug called Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil). I also take Arimidex for the cancer. Do these 2 drugs work together and not negate their effectiveness or cause the cancer to come back?
