Hello, I Have Recently Got Back From Papua New Guinea

Hello, I have recently got back from Papua New Guinea and i done the Kokoda trek for 9 days. My period start on the 17th of September and didn't finish until the 3 of October... And I just got my period yesterday... I have been taking the women's pill for the whole time. It doesn't feel right and I'm abit worried. Not to mention I am only 16 years old.
