Hello, I Have Recently Had An MRI Scan Because I

Hello, I have recently had an MRI scan because I am having back issues it that showed I have multi-level disk disease, arthritis and 2 areas that are pressing on my nerve. Should I be concerned considering I am only 35 years old? Also, are these conditions serious enough that I will have back surgery?
