Hello. I Have Red, Hot, Swollen Hands And Feet. It's

Hello. I have red, hot, swollen hands and feet. It's very itchy and painful. I also have dry, peeling patches on my middle knuckles. It comes and goes. Can't determine the cause. Have looked up some weird hings like eryhromelagio...but it's not as extreme as some pictures I saw. It doesn't move up my legs and arms Any ideas? Thanks so much.
