Hello. I Have Seemed To Have Hurt My Ankle ??

Hello. I have seemed to have hurt my ankle ?? I am a BMX rider and I'm 52 . I did break it at 16 but some cracking sounds once in a while??.Now there is a small lump about penny size on the front towards the side on my left ankle. It's fairly hard and the inside ball off my ankle is swollen somewhat ?? Thx
