I have seen an elderly patient (80 years old) with ESR of 97 and CRP of 26
The patient is asymptomatic except for mechanical cervical pain . XR showed DISH which is a non inflammatory process.
He denies any fever, weight loss or other constitutional symptoms. no signs of PMR or Giant cell arteritis
