Hello. I Have Seizure Or So I Thought Until I

Hello. I have seizure or so I thought until I got a sleep study done and I was told that there was nothing wrong with me except an sinus infection. Well I continue to have issues on and off and the last episode had me do some research again on what is going on. All of my symptoms are like Night Terrors. I am on a very low dosage of phenytek (250 mg). Is this good and what should I do.
