Hello, I Have Several Health Issues That I Would Like

Hello, I have several health issues that I would like information on or what tests or specialists I need to see for each condition. I'll start with giving a bit of my background. 5 years ago I had sepsis, resulting in 4 days in ICU, then 21 days in Acute Care Unit. After several days of trying to see where "the Blockage" in my digestive system was they did an exploratory surgery and ended up removing 6 inches of my Colon -it had died. They removed my appendix and excess fluid. I lost a lot of blood and at the end of my hospital stay I had to have 2 units of blood. I have had several digestive issues since then, but after a car accident 2 years ago--my incontinence issues are exhausting. I now have "bathroom" accidents all the time. I don't have the ability to "hold" it--by muscles--nerves or whatever--I can't make it to the bathroom. I have "dumping" episodes about ever other day-sometimes 2 to 3 times a day-where everything just comes out--diarrhea. Causes embarrassment and usually a big mess where I have to get in to the shower to clean up. I have trouble Wiping myself-"as I have gained nearly 160 lbs since sepsis and 100 of it has been since the car accident. What kind of specialist do I need to see for the bladder and bowel. I have problems digesting-it seriously can go straight through me-I even had my potassium pill go through and the stamp was even still visible.
