Hello; I Have Several Symptoms I Feel May Be Related

Hello; I have several symptoms I feel may be related to pregnancy; however they could also be something else and I basically just want to know if I should get a blood test done. The reason I'm not relying on a home test is because my period has never been regular. It usually hits every other month or so with no warning. It makes it hard to track.

Symptoms are swelling of the breasts, nearly constant nausea but no vomiting, bloating, constipation, exhaustion, heat flashes, mild mood swings(to me anyway, my husband might say different) headaches ranging from mild to severe at least once a week. And for some reason fruit based drinks increase nausea and case a headache
