Hello, I Have Severe Anxiety And Have Been Trying Many

Hello, I have severe anxiety and have been trying many mess without much success. I have tried many anti depressants and also Buspar and vistaril. My doc is extremely hesitant to do anything else cause I'm 17 and had drug problems a few years ago. Although I am clean now. I also am in therapy working towards a more stable self. What med do you think I could use for a short term help and then transfer to another med for long term
