Hello, I Have Shaved Like Maybe 2 Weeks Ago Or

Hello, I have shaved like maybe 2 weeks ago or a week ago and i felt a little nick on the lower side of my vagina . Almost near the anus. But i didnt really rhink much of it so i put some cocoa butter on it. Maybe 2 days after that me and my boyfriend had rough sex and then after he was kind of touching in my vagina with his fingers and i felt him touching the scratch so i asked him to stop . After this a few days later i have multiply large bumps that are on the right and left side of the lips of my vagina . the right side has more bumps then the left but all the bumps protrude outward from my skin . Where i had cut my self is where it is very sore and painful . I also have some discharge which is a light yellow when it hits tissue paper but has a mucus kind of smell , not smelly . Do i have an std ? should i go to the hospital ? i am very frieghtened but this . also if you need a picture i can send you . but please i just need an answer.
