Hello. I Have Shooting, Burning Pain In My Toes And

Hello. I have shooting, burning pain in my toes and at the bottom of my feet that started about two weeks ago and the pain has increased significantly. The shooting pain is in both, but my right foot is experiencing more pain than my left. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2007, but over the years my A1C's have been decreasing because I have been controlling it very well, with my last test result in July 2015 at 5.6%. I saw a commercial that an entertainer was advertising regarding diabetic neuropathy pain and it feels like those are the same symptoms that I am having.
