Hello, I Have Some Skin Numbness On My Stomach To

Hello, I have some skin numbness on my stomach to the right of my belly button. If I had to estimate, it is an area about the circumference of a grapefruit. I have had slight gastrointestinal pain in the area off and one for a couple of weeks. I am overweight, smoke, have poor eating habits, and there is a history of Crohn's in my family. My skin isn't yellowing and I feel fine, but the numbness has me concerned. Possible explanations? Thank you in advance.
