Hello! I Have Some Skin Problem There Are Tiny Red

Hello! I have some skin problem there are tiny red pin head sized bumps on my stomach around navel , bellow and above knee ,back of the leg just behind knee and on elbow area and on back of hand and inner side of upper arm and also between finger web . Please tell what it is and the treatment of problem
