Hello. I Have Soreness On My Upper Right Forehead Near

Hello. I have soreness on my upper right forehead near my hairline. It hurts on the bone. It feels like a lump is there.The pain comes and goes. I can feel something beating in the painful area. I had head trauma a few years ago. I also suffer from sinus problems.
