Hello, I Have Started Taking 25 Mg Of Atenolol Two

Hello, I have started taking 25 mg of Atenolol two days ago (had two lots so far) and I find that it keeps me awake. I sleep for two hours and then I am awake for the rest of the night - not good at all. As I have been taking them at about 5 PM I thought I might change over to taking them in the morning instead. Is it ok if I just 'forget' to take my dose tonight and start again afresh in the morning?
