Hello, I Have Stomach Ulcer And I Am Presently Using

Hello, I have stomach ulcer and I am presently using omeprazole. I have been recently diagnosed with PID and I was wondering if taking ceftriaxone 250mg I'm in one dose, doxycycline 100mg and metronidazole 500mg for the PID treatment will cause harm. Pls help.
